Wednesday: The Mexican Skillet Dish, cornbread, fresh tomatoes
Thursday: left-overs
Friday: grilled cheese sandwiches, fresh tomatoes
Saturday: hamburgers, oven fries
I plan on baking some brownies using a recipe I got from my friend Claudia. They are so good...and are made without egg or oil and use whole wheat flour. Stick & Twig brownies anyone? Trust me. They are mighty tasty.
