Monday: chicken with olives and carrots, brown rice, peas, fresh tomatoes
Tuesday: whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, spaghetti squash, whole wheat garlic bread
Wednesday: out with family
Thursday: tuna salad sandwiches on whole wheat, tomato-cucumber-&-red onion salad
Friday: left-overs
Saturday: hamburgers, oven fries
