What's For Dinner?

Here's the plan for this week:

Sunday: beef and poblano chili, cornbread

Monday: fish tacos, black beans, guacamole, fresh tomatoes
(rescheduled from last week)

Tuesday: pork satay, stir fry vegetables with edamame, spicy cabbage, brown rice

Wednesday: grilled chicken, tomato-onion-olive-artichoke-garlic sauce, whole wheat pasta, spaghetti squash

Thursday: left-overs

Friday: hamburgers, oven fries

Saturday: German sausage with 'kraut, red cabbage, boiled potatoes, green beans

I need no temptations this week, therefore I will not be baking. The other members of my household can eat some fruit.
