What's For Dinner?


Chef is late posting the menu. There were no children in the kitchen over the long weekend. They were invading another cook's space miles from home.

Chef took the weekend off.

Being served the remainder of this week:

Sunday: Chef and The Mr. went out for spicy Thai food here.

My nose is still running.

Monday: made from scratch pizza

Tuesday: baked penne & turkey sausage, tomato-goat cheese-basil-&-olive salad

Wednesday: flank steak, black beans, guacamole, tomatoes

Thursday: **Crockpot Magic Night** BBQ chicken w/ cornbread topping, green beans, corn on cob, tomatoes

Friday: hamburgers, oven fries

Massive amounts of fruit were purchased for after dinner treats. Nature's bounty makes things easy.

It's a short week. Don't spend too much time in the kitchen!
