Summer Cleaning

This was the week of summer cleaning. Time to complete those chores that tend to get skipped most weeks. I decided to make a list and start checking things off each day. No sense in having such fun tasks hang over my head all season.

I cleaned all the blinds. Slat by slat.

The refrigerator needed an in-depth scrubbing.

My windows are sixty years old.
Some of that grime just isn't coming off.

I get teased for this one.
I can't be the only one that
dusts the baseboards.

Those fans get a lot of use in Houston.

And now it is done.

All that's left is to
stay caught-up with my nemesis:
the laundry.
