What's For Dinner?

This week The Chef plans to serve:

Monday: shrimp, whole wheat pasta, fresh green beans, sliced tomatoes

Tuesday: tacos, black beans, guacamole

Wednesday: grilled flank steak, asiago-potato-&-bacon gratin, corn on the cob, spinach salad with goat cheese

Thursday: mac & cheese, green peas, fresh tomatoes

Friday: breakfast for dinner

Saturday: hamburgers, oven fries

The Offspring are really into ice cream cones as a sweet evening treat. It's easy, it's summer, it's good: I say, continue the trend.
