What's For Dinner?

I took a few days off from the kitchen. Cupid said it was OK.

But nothing lasts forever...

Sunday: out with my Valentine

Monday: sloppy joes, oven potatoes, salad

Tuesday: cauliflower soup, sausage, whole wheat bread

Wednesday: Greek pasta, whole wheat bread

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: hamburgers, oven fries

Saturday: homemade pizza, spinach salad

I want to make a healthier version of a coffee cake. I'm still comparing recipes to find one that is good to go or that can be modified to lessen eater's guilt.
