What's For Dinner?

On the books for this week:

Monday: lentil and sausage soup, Shiner bread

Tuesday: German sausage with kraut, boiled potatoes, red cabbage, green beans

Wednesday: fish sticks, macaroni & cheese, peas, carrots (for the kids), salad (for Mommy)

Thursday: breakfast for dinner...kids' choice

Friday-Saturday: out of town

Wednesday's meal is pre-packaged convenience courtesy of Whole Foods. It's hump day and I will have preparations to make for the weekend. Sometimes Chef takes the easy way out.

Baking will not happen this week. It's fruit or nothing for dessert.
