What's For Dinner?


This week we will be feasting upon:

Sunday: lemon chicken soup with whole wheat orzo, whole wheat bread

Monday: grilled Thai beef salad, brown rice

Tuesday: grilled chicken with tomatillo sauce, chipotle rice, squash, fresh tomatoes

Wednesday: scallops with succotash and parsley, fresh tomatoes

Thursday: left-overs

Friday: grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, salad

Saturday: hamburgers, oven fries

The recipes shown in orange are from the Ellie Krieger cookbook that I posted about here. The whole wheat bread is from THE bread book also mentioned.

I did not get to that cherry cobbler last week. This week we have chocolate birthday cake to consume. Maybe next week...
